Tommy Radloff

Car Chief

Tommy joined the team in May of 2020 and is responsible for the maintenance of the Barn Burner, the trailer and motor coach. When he’s not on the road with the car, he manages Wild Irish Racing Engines.
Tommy was recently with Bob Book at Book Racing Enterprises, where they worked on numerous Competition Eliminator cars. Prior to that, he worked for Steve Schmidt Competition Engines in Indianapolis and Performance Technology in Wakarusa, Indiana.
Tommy spent 21 years building engines for NASCAR competitors, plus nine years of the same for drag racers who campaigned everything from 4-cylinder entries to 900-plus-inch “mountain motor” powerplants.
Tommy is a 2 time Jegs Super Quick Champion.

Andy Smith
Markleville, Indiana
Chassis Specialist

Andy’s been part of the team since 2016 and travels to the races whenever possible.
He is responsible for reviewing track conditions, setting up the car suspension and shocks, monitoring tire pressure, and making adjustments to the wheelie bars.
Andy owns his own chassis business, Pro Tree Race Cars and also owns Performance Truck & Auto Repair, which has provided diesel engine and transmission repair/rebuilding since 2006.

Joe Oplawski – Joe “O”

Engine Management and Tuning

Joe’s been racing with Craig since 2012, when Craig ran a nitrous boosted Top Dragster in the Professional Drag Racing Association series.
Joe handles all the power management, electronic data and timing system support for the team.
He is the owner and power management expert at Hyperaktive Performance Solutions that specializes in the packaging and installation of Engine Management and Data Acquisition systems for the high-performance automotive and marine markets.  
Joe has provided support for racers such as Tim Slavens, Mark Woodruff, Rick Snavely and Bob Rahaim.
